For Strength

When we feel tired and weak, we also feel heavy, as though we have to drag ourselves around. But when we feel energetic and strong, we feel light, and life doesn't seem so difficult. The weaker we are, the heavier we will feel. The stronger we are, the lighter we will feel. Yoga practice will make us strong and light.

The whole tone of our bodies will change as our strength increases. We will have an easier time handling our body weight. We will feel sturdier and more sure of ourselves. We can work to increase our strength by exercising it, using it, and being happy when we are challenged by a pose.
