Event Date/Time: Saturday April 10, 2010, Noon to 4:30pm (set up: noon – 1:00pm) Location: Vancouver Public Library, Central Branch, in the busy indoor Public Promenade, 350 W. Georgia St, Vancouver, BC.
Registration is free. *Limited tables available: includes one free table (6ft x 2ft) and two chairs. Participants are responsible for their own table coverings (cloths) and displays, etc. Please note, due to VPL rules: sales of any kind are not allowed. More details on our website: www.whnbc.ca

TABLE DISPLAY INFORMATION: The Fair’s theme is “Women’s History of British Columbia”. Please provide a statement of your objectives and a brief description of your table top display, for e.g. archival photographs, publications, teaching collections items, activities, ppt presentation on lap top (limited power outlets), historical costume display, etc. (Attach any additional information.)
