Take your template and position it over a light source,
such as a light box or window, you can also put a light under your glass table. Place your card stock over the template and
position the card.
With the embossing tool, apply some pressure, and move the tool along the inside
edge of the template. This will create a raised inscription or design, depending
what template you have chosen.
You can decorate or paint your cards with water color or whatever media you
desire. Also, you can use decorative scissors, hole punches, ribbons, different textured stationery (like corrugated
cardboard) etc.
If you are using dark colored paper, you will have to feel your way around the
template, as you can not see through the paper, this is a challenge, but the
results are worth the effort.
