Nanaimo based Trio Grandé was formed eight years ago by country music veterans Henri Crevier, Alan Medcalf and
Pat Hetu. This last summer, along with pedal steel guitarist Evan Ehgoetz, they headlined at the VIEX (Vancouver Island Exhibition) and performed at the Nanaimo Marine Festival and Coombs Rodeo. Following the release late year of their debut album Am I Still In Your Heart, Trio Grandé was pleased to learn that they had been nominated for the Gaylord Wood Memorial Award by the BC Country Music Association.
