Did you know that since the start of the Saratoga meet up to August 25th, there were 39 winners that paid more than $25.00?  I bet that you did not know 7 were 2yo's and 20 were 3yo's, but only 12 4yo's and up [4, 4yo's; 4, 5yo's; 2, 6yo's; 1, 7yo; 1, 8yo]!  Since there are far more 3yo's racing than 2yo's and far more 4yo's and up than 3yo's, handicappers have the most difficulty accurately assessing the ability of 2yo's and 3yo's.  The greatest strength of the GSV race cards is it's ability to accurately assess the ability of 2yo's and lightly raced 3yo's.  Subscribe now and add another tool to your Handicapping quiver.

Male entries       = 63.3% : Female entries     = 36.7%
Males +$25.00  = 41.7% : Females +$25.00 = 58.3%
Thru 8/25 there were 8 females age 4 and up that paid more than $25.00 [entry population = 14.9%] : 4 males age 4 and up [entry population = 36.4%]
Clearly, handicappers seeking winners that pay at least $25.00 would be better off betting older females than older males.
