PGU Fall League Meeting

1. No pro-rating of fees since league fee is modest and insurance costs fixed. Drop-in for 1 game, no charge; 2 games or more $25.
2. Change Sunday drop-in
3. Nini will book winter league starting in January at UNBC field centre. League nights will likely Thursday nights to maximize post game social opportunities
4. Account $350
5. Greg will send schedule and message.
6. Appointed captains are Sean, John, Luke, Mike (If they can’t handle the C, they are free to find a delegate).
7. Nini to pay with city and cancel and Ron Brent and Thursday DP Todd if possible.
8. Nini to get Insurance details from city.
9. Eric to finalize bylaws for registered society.
