Please pray for Mabel who is suffering from pancreatic cancer. She is still fighting for her life for the last two years. May the Good Lord grant her a full recovery if it is his will or let her not suffer so much in the course of her treatment. Amen.

I wanted to send an update on Lonnie after our visit with the doctor today, as so many of you have asked me to keep you posted on his situation. We received the results from all the tests and Lonnie’s heart function is 20%. The doctor would like him to have a defibrillator, but this would cost in the neighborhood of around $80K without insurance. The doctor believes that when his disability is approved, he will be eligible for medicare, but we had understood that he had to be disabled at least two years first, so we are not sure. The doctor says that he is at great risk of sudden death without one and especially during going to sleep of not awaking. The doctor says that his heart is so damaged that it would be unable to withstand even a small event. He is to immediately double his lasix water pills if he gains 3lbs. on any given day and the doctor would also like for him to lose another forty pounds to make it easier on his heart. The doctor says that he is on the best care that can be given otherwise with medications and is not going to change these. The doctor also said that he has pulmonary hypertension along with everything else. This doctor also believes that Lonnie would not be a good candidate for a heart transplant due to all of his other health problems and that because of his diabetes and other problems would not do well with a transplant due to risk of infection and rejection being so high for him. This is good, because Lonnie has said that he was not having a transplant anyway. We really are not too discouraged about these reports because despite whatever they say, it is all in the Lord’s hands and Lonnie is not going out of here one day before God is ready for him to go. We have talked much about everything and Lonnie is ready to go, as am I if God calls today. Who knows, Lonnie could bury the greater lot of us, as I learned from my Dad, who was given bad report after bad report and I can not tell you how many friends and family members died before he did. We certainly appreciate the prayers and concern that everyone has shown through it all and thank and love each one of you. May God richly bless you all. Martha

Please pray for my husband and myself who are constantly arguing and can not get along. I am very tired and giving up on my relationship. I also suffer from pain in my whole body due to Fibromyalgia and back problems. I have been in pain practically my whole entire life. I ask God to take me with him. Also my husband might get laid off again. This is his 5th job since 2007 also my 28 year old son just arrived from Canada to possibly stay and live with us in California. Please Grandma Faith, pray so he may get a good job. He just graduated and got his degree in Bachelor of Arts. I know times are tough, but I also know that with my Dear Lord all things are possible. I also have my oldest son who is 30 who is going through a divorce who is taking it very hard because his wife left him for the second time. He also got a job at Keiser in the computer department and I am concerned that he does not loose his job because of hard times and also that he is not focusing on his job due to his divorce he is going through. Please Grandma Faith pray for my family, thank God for you. My husbands name is Joe and my oldest son who works at Keiser his name is Fernando and my 28 year old son's name is Rodrigo. Michelle.

Please pray for my Mother who is having surgery today, she is frail and has been told alot of pain will be involved. She has had a very difficult life and has suffered many abuses. Through everything she still is an amazing woman. Let her suffering be at a minimal and hope for a speedy recovery. I love her.

Please pray for my niece and family. They have adopted two sweet little girls from China, ages 2 and 3. Her husband has Crones disease and is in a lot of pain. Now he has a cyst. He is in a lot of pain and has been running a fever of 102 for the last 3 days. Please keep them in your prayers. Also for my children and grandchildren, that they may recieve Christ as their Savior. Please pray for my my dad (Larry) my mom his wife went on to be with Jesus now for 2 years & they were married for 30 years & he is letting the devil get ahold on him through depression & anger & hatered & bitterness & unforgiveness & resentment, you see right after we steped out of the room where my mom was, her dad looked at my dad & said you are no longer family & they meaning all of her side of the family want nothing to do with him or me or my daughter & my dad has never let go all the people that have hurt him in the past & we are talking about from his childhood & not having a loving mom & dad, who always told him that you were a mistake an accident & never hugged him!!!! so please i hate to see all of this going on in my dad so please ,please pray for him, because what does not relize is that he is pushing me & my daughter away from him & we are all that he has!!!!! this is a big s. o. s. prayer!!!! Please pray for my granddaughter, Lea, aged 8, that she is not uprooted from the home, family, friends and school she has thrived on since her parent's divorce. She had adjusted so well to the divorce because she never had a week that she didn't share time with both. Now they wish to remove her to another state, without extended family, friends, and loss of the private parochial school she has done well in. I am very concerned that this move she does not want will have an adverse effect on her. I don't want to see another "lost"child of divorce. Thank you, Grandma.

He has had three major strokes since our marriage and is now in a nursing home. I need help in dealing with him now having dementia. How do I respond to him and let him know I am here for him. I am hoping that we get a miracle and she recovers, but if that is not what is meant to be, that she at least doesn’t suffer. So many people love her and want the best for her but we need all the prayers we can get for her. She is so very special in so many ways. JD.

Please pray for Terry and my whole family, it is hard living with me at the moment due to the fact that I am in need of a lung transplant . I am not capable of doing all of the things my family depended on me their whole life. I have been turned down from 2 hospitals in Florida, now awaiting an answer from Shands in Gainsville. If that doesn't come through there is only one more hospital in Florida that does lung transplants and that is in Tampa. Pray like you've never prayed before for my family and I, ask God to forgive me when I am in the wrong with all of it. I got sick in 2004, I'm on oxygen 24-7, and visit the hospital at least every 3 months for blood transfusions, due to not keeping up my white cell count. Usually 2 or 3 units are needed. You're just not yourself when you don't have the energy or patience from pain. I am at the 23% mark of capacity and I am 46. I want to have some more good times with my family and grandchildren. Before I got sick everyone thought they were my children, I had them all of the time, going to Seaworld, picnic, movies etc. Now I barely have enough energy to play with them at home. I guess I've made this more like a novel but I'm asking with all of my faith and heart that something will come along quickly before it is too late. Also I just lost my dad in January, I couldn't even make it to the funeral, due to the traveling with oxygen. I would love to see the headstone I bought through a website and installed. God knows all of this, but if I don't ask then it means I don't believe, and I do. Bless you, Sande'.

Please pray for Mr Clayton, he is a husband of one of my mothers classmates whom is very ill, they gave him 3 weeks, in Dec, he's still here, but you know he is suffering. His wife prays for me, along with all of her prayer groups and church. He is a very thoughtful person and deserves what he prays for. I just pray for God to help him in this time of need, because yu never really know what the person you are praying for wants deep down inside. Sande'.

Please pray for my dear friend, past co-worker ... she is so spiritual, devoted to her family. Is caregiver of an adult brother with CP and since her Mom's death, solo at their farm and not working. Her Aunt has been support for her and her brother and even can watch him, feed, walk in wheel chair her home or at the farm. Of recent, my friend's aunt was hospitalized and when discharged, recuping fine and offered to watch her nephew for a short while so my friend could go get both prescriptions and some groceries. When returned: ambulance and fire truck there! Now, it has become incredibly, sadly, ugly with protective services barely allowing her to even visit her aunt or brother! She has arranged for legal advice but no money to pursue it to the fullest. I am trying to help keep her spirits up and stamina amidst this intense time.Your prayers for assist and reuniting this family who never should have been separated is cherished! Also, any prayer for some finances would be appreciated too. I give her my friendship and support as best I can. Thanks! Jill.
