2011 Teachers' Garage Sale

Saturday October 15th, 2010 10 am to 2 pm

 at Uplands School, 3461 Henderson Road

We are thrilled with this new location because it is close to UVic, it has plenty of free parking close to the gym, it is on a bus route and there are no stairs!

The purpose of the Teachers' Garage Sale is to provide a formal opportunity for all teachers to sell or give away teaching materials.  This may take the form of a retired teacher selling thirty years of collected resources and treasures or a simple cleaning out for those who may be teaching different grades or subjects.   All teachers (any district), retired teachers, student teachers, TOCs, administrators, SSA's, parents, home learners, daycares and others who work with elementary and preschool children are welcome to attend.

In order to cover the cost of the gym rental, tables cost $5 each. Volunteers are needed to help with set-up, and clean-up.
