Centrum College of Manitoba
is a literary, philosophical and archaeological association for the research into the ancient mysteries and occult sciences.
The object of the Societas Rosicruciana is to bring together people of philosophic outlook in order that they may pursue studies in the fields of esoteric philosophy in the widest sense. Ultimately, its objective is to bring its members a few steps nearer to wisdom and an
understanding of the nature of reality.
The modern society of Rosicrucians was given its present form by Robert Wentworth Little in 1865, who with other zealous masons founded the order (SRIA.), following the reputed discovery of certain manuscripts in the archives of the Grand Lodge of England. The society was based upon symbolism and traditions of a much earlier Society known as the Fraternity of the Rose and Cross, which in turn claimed its origin from the immortal character, real or mythical, known as Christian Rosenkreutz.

Rosicrucianism embraces Esoteric, Hermetic, Alchemical, Kabbalistic
and All Sacred teachings. It covers the Science of the Mind, in all its forms;
it is Philosophical in its less abstract form and Metaphysical in its most abstract expression.
