To order simply print and fill out the information form below. Mail it along with a cheque or money order made payable to Haylie Lashta for the full amount to:

PLEASE NOTE WE CAN ONLY SHIP IN CANADA AT THIS TIME.
As long as supplies last we will begin sending plants as soon as the tops dry out this fall, around the 15th of September, until freeze up and resume filling orders in the spring until approximately May 1st. Orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis. We will send your Yellow Ladyslipper when your cheque or money order clears. We Guarantee that we will send viable, healthy Cypripediums which we believe will bloom in the spring. We cannot however offer any further guarantee as what happens to the plant in transit and after delivery is beyond our control.
