We are huge fans of Osoyoos! It is a great place to vacation with the family in the summer, get a head start golfing in March, tour the wineries any time of year and take advantage of the great snow at Mt Baldy which is undergoing a major expansion. Our beach front condos are close to several golf courses, excellent wineries, great hiking and two ski resorts within one to one and a half hours by car. Osoyoos is a four season resort location with the warmest summers in Canada. With the new ski development happening at Mt Baldy, Osoyoos is on the verge of becoming the new destination resort choice for the interior of BC.

OSOYOOS is located in a unique geographical region in Canada. The community lies in the shadow of the Cascade Mountains creating a hot, sunny, dry climate. The area boasts its own climate zone called "Osoyoos Arid Biotic Zone." Canada's lowest annual precipitation, warmest annual temperature, and warmest fresh water lake can be found here. This arid zone is the northern tip of the Sonoran Desert which extends north from Mexico. Boasting a beautiful recreation lake, over 15 golf courses in the south Okanagan, 75 wineries, and the Mt Baldy ski resort, Osoyoos can't be beat for the vacation resort of choice in Canada - summer or winter.
