Welcome to Skaha Lake Paradise Resort and our vacation rental condo! It is located in the South Okanagan Valley at Okanagan Falls B.C. which is a small town just 10 minutes south of Penticton on the beautiful Skaha Lake which is one of the cleanest, warmest lakes in the Okanagan. This area is known for it's hot summer weather and mild winters making it a popular year round vacation paradise for lake activities and golfing. Average temperatures in the summer months are often +30C. There are numerous wineries and orchards nearby to tour or just relax and enjoy the spectacular condo view.
Skaha Lake Paradise Resort is a waterfront private fenced complex with paved parking and elevators. There is an outdoor swimming pool and private courtyard. Our bright, open, spacious 1,500 sq. ft. condo is the top (third) floor end/corner unit which faces the lake and has the best views of the water out every window and from both balconies. It was built new in 2002. Tired of small stuffy motel rooms with only one sleeping/living area? This condo has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6-7 people. It has three air conditioners, gas fireplace, two full ensuite bathrooms with six foot jetted tubs, private balcony with patio door off the master bedroom, two walk-in closets, second balcony with gas BBQ off the living area and second bedroom, complete kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and all dishes/cutlery and washer/dryer. There are bunk beds in the third bedroom, one 27" TV with DVD and VCR in living room, one 19" TV with VCR in master bedroom and 13" TV with VCR in second bedroom, Shaw cable, telephone and radio/CD player. All bedding and towels are supplied as well as full cleaning services after check out.

The condo is just steps away from the sandy beaches of the clean warm Skaha Lake. There is a brick walking path and park with pond adjacent to the condo complex as well as a beautiful walking bridge trestle that extends out over the lake. The trestle has a platform which is very popular for jumping into the lake on those hot summer days. There is a public boat launch two blocks from the condo and boats can be tied up on shore in front of the condo.
Okanagan Falls or "OK Falls" as it is well known is a small friendly town of about 2800 people. Amenities include a cozy strip mall called the OK Corral just across the street from the condos with a Garden Market IGA grocery store, internet coffee shop and dollar store. The town also has several restaurants, convenience store, liquor store, drug store, medical center, bank etc. as well as numerous antique stores and a flea market. As well there is the famous Tickleberry's ice cream store. A couple popular summer activities nearby which are a must for the kids include the Waterworld Waterslides and Okanagan Amusements just 10 minutes away in Penticton (see website links at bottom of page).
