CKC AGILITY - Calgary - August long weekend
Kim and Maggie came home with the Novice Jumpers CKC Title! Maggie and Bosley also were entered in Advanced Rally, and came home with a Q in that too!

AAC REGIONALS EDMONTON - JUNE
We needed 350 points to Qualify, and we all did it!

She ran 5 of 6 Runs clean and gave it her all for me as always!
521 Points, 3rd Place of 11 dogs!

REGIONALS STEEPLECHASE CHALLENGE:
Wicca, Gyp and Kaleb all made it through the first round of Steeplechase to compete in the finals!!!!

Wicca placed 2nd in 6" Specials division!

Kaleb placed 1st winning the 22" Specials division!

Gyp placed 1st winning the 16" Specials division AND 1st place in 16" combined overall (Specials, Vets and Regular) winning a jump and $50 to boot!

- Kim and Maggie were chosen as Super Starters Dog - an award given to a Handler who is running their first agility dog, and who exemplify the spirit of the sport and teamwork!!!
- Sarah and Rowdy Jane came home with 4 Qs.
- Kaleb came home with a Masters Gamblers Q and a Standard Q
-Gyppie made her Masters debut, and came home with a Masters Gamblers Q, a Q in Steeplechase - with the 3rd fastest time of all the dogs entered. She got her last Q for her Advanced Games Dog Title (SAGDC), her and Wicca got a first and Q in Team. SO now they move to Masters Team!

February Calgary
- BB  - finished her Advanced Game Dog Title, with her Q in Gamblers! And she got a Q in Advanced Standard
- Pearl - got a Q in Advanced Gamblers, Masters Standard, and Masters Snooker!!
- Stryker - came up to run Team and Jumpers, he Qd with a 1st in his Veterans Jumpers.
- Tag - 1st and Qd with the fastest Starters time by 20 seconds. The best part was he had a rock solid start line ALL DAY!
- Maggie - did great, she ran her Standard clean, but was just .5 of a second over time, she also had a GREAT Steeplechase debut and placed 3rd in her class!!!! 
- Ally and Brenda (our Go! Dog! Go! friend from BC - I told her the secret handshake :) ) had a great weekend and a smokin' fast Jumpers time! Ally is coming along nicely!
- Gyppie - Qd 3 for 4, she Qd in Team with Wicca, Qd in Adv. Gamblers, and to top it off she earned her Advanced Agility Dog Title.
- Wicca - also ran 3 for 4!!!! She Qd in Team with Gyppie, had a smokin fast Q in Steeplechase, and to top it off got her "Masters Gamblers Title"
- Kaleb - got his last leg for his Specials Agility Trial Champion of Canada (SATChC) AND his Bronze Award of Merit!
He managed to get 4 titles in one run: SATChC, Bronze Award of Merit, Masters Gamble Title, Masters Game Dog Title.

February, CKC Dog Show Calgary
- Kim took Maggie and Bosley for Rally, and they come with their Rally Novice Titles!!! They each had 5th place placements in their very large classes!
- Julia took Styker and McKeeley and they each came home with a Q in Rally!

2008
January, Balzac
- Pearl and Dave came home with Pearl's first Q in Masters Standard, and her 2nd Q in Team.
- Lucy and Lynne did their first full trial and they did great!!! Lucy came home with two 1st and Qs in Starters Standard and had some other GREAT runs too!
***Lucy and Lynne were chosen AGAIN as the the SUPER STARTERS Team!
- Sarah and Jane came home with 4Qs in 3 Masters Standards and Steeplechase
- Sarah and Gyp came home with 2Qs, her second Advanced Standard leg, and a 1st and Q in Advanced Jumpers, she now moves to Masters!

Edmonton CKC Agility, November 23/24
- McKeely finished her Jumpers With Weaves Intermediate Title (AGIJ)
- Kaleb finished his Excellent Agility Title (AGX), and he got 2 legs towards his Excellent Jumpers title

Calgary November 11/12
- Jazmin Q'd again in Masters Jumpers!
- Lukas 1st and Q'd in his Standard, and got his 2nd, 1st and Q in Advanced Jumpers, he now moves to Masters Jumpers! YAHOO!
- Maggie ran her Standards clean, just a couple seconds over time, and placed 1st, 1st and 3rd, Placed 2nd in Snooker AND was 1st and Q'd in her Starters Gamblers class, with the highest points in Starters, with 88 points
- Dave and Pearl came home with a Q in Advanced Team and Advanced Snooker!
- BB Qd in Masters Jumpers-
- K-man came home with 4 Qs in Masters: Standard x 2, Steeplechase, and Snooker
- Gyppie girl, came home with 3 Qs in Adv. Snooker , 1st and Qd in Steeplechase, and 1st and Qd in Advanced Jumpers

- Janey ran in 6 classes and brought home 4Qs Masters: Standard 1 & 3, Jumpers and Snooker, she ends her Agility year with 18 Qs in AAC in just 6 trials.

Medicine Hat Sept 29 & 30
- Maggie came home with 2 seconds and a fourth in her class of 7 dogs!!
- Dylan, made his debut at 22" and did great! A couple of 3rds and a 2nd in Jumpers.
- Tag placed 1st in two of his classes and had a great jumpers too, the fastest time.
- Biscuit came home with a Q in Advances Standard
- Lukas came home with a Q in Advanced Jumpers and placed first in his class!!!!
- Miss Jazmin got 2 Standard Qs to get her Vets. Advanced title VAADC!!

It was a GREAT weekend for those black goofy dogs A.K.A. Flat-coats ...
- Lukas was a star! 4 - 1st placements and 4 Qs (2 Jumpers and 2 Standard)
- Jazmin was great too! She Qd in all of her Standard runs and came home with her AGNS TItle, and Jumpers Q too!!!
- Kaleb came home with 6 Qs and now has his AGI Title and AGNJ Title, he also got his first Q in Excellent with a 1st place.

JUNE
Rally-O Trial - Lundbreck
- Judy's gang did really good, Baylee place 2nd in the Novice A class (out of nearly 30 dogs) with a score of 202 and another Q in the second trial (not sure of the score).
- Kim's dogs: Maggie and Bosley made their debuts too!! Maggie had really good runs but one small error cost her the Q! Bosley did great too, he came home with a Q and a score of 189!!! He placed 6th out of nearly 30 dogs in the Novice A class!! Not bad for a 10 month old puppy!!
- Sarah's gang: Jane placed 2nd in both her Novice B classes with scores of 207 and 209. She debuted in Level 2 and placed 2nd with a score of 200 and 3rd with a score of 191. Kaleb came home with the overall High In Trial - with a perfect score of 210!!!! Jane was Second with a 209. Kaleb now has his Level 1 Title - RL1.

AAC Regionals - Edmonton
Well we ventured up to Edmonton for the AAC Regional Agility Championships. There were 150 dogs entered from all over Alberta All of our dogs qualified for Nationals in Ontario!

Jane placed 2nd overall in the 6" Vet class out of 9 very seasoned agility dogs.
Wicca placed 3rd out of 4 very fast little dogs in her 6" Spec. catergory.
Kaleb placed 5th out of 13 amazing teams in the 22' Spec Division.

MAY
MEDICINE HAT AAC
- Judy's gang did great, Lukas was first out of four dogs in his Standard runs
- Jazmin finished her Agility Dog of Canada title so now adds VADC to her name
- Jan & Dave's dogs had a some great runs too! Dave got a Q with Pearl in Advanced Standard run and had some other nice runs too!
- BB got a Masters Jumpers Q with Dave, and an Advanced Standard Q with Jan
- Kaleb got two Qs in Masters Standard
OTHER NEWS:
- McKeely got her first Qualifier in towards her 'Field Dog Junior' Title
- Wicca debuted in the Open (CDX) in Medicine hat a did a great job!
- Kaleb finished his CD with his third 'High in Class' in a row in Medicine Hat
- Amanda and Sarah attended Terry Simons 3 day Agility Seminar

APRIL
NADAC
- Julia's Rayne got a 2 Q's out of 2 run.
- Margaret's Annie got her first Q in agility in Novice Jumpers
AKC Agility
- Julia's Stryker said he would like to brag that on the weekend in Montana he got 2 Q's in Jumpers finishing 1st and 2nd in his class...and he got a Q in AKC's fast, and he got a Q in his Standard run
AAC
- Amanda's Wicca finished her Agility Dog of Canada Title!
- Dave's BB had some nice moments too, her Masters Jumpers run was really good at the end of day, she worked hard and will be a tired girl today!
- Jan's Pearl did really good too, she even ran Steeplechase clean, just over time, but that is a great accomplishment!
-Sarah's Kaleb ran good too, he had an awesome steeplechase and came home with a 1st and Q in that, as well as a Q's in Mas. Standard, Snooker and Jumpers.
- Sarah's Jane Q'd in 5 of 6 runs: Standard, Steeplechase 1 & 2, Jumpers and Gamblers!

MARCH
Kim Collins seminar hosted by Go! Dog! GO! has a big hit! See Schedule and Events page!

Belle and Kristy made their agility debut and it was a great one! For those of you who know Belle she has come a long way this year! SHe had great runs and placed 2nd in her classes, and even placed 7th out of 13 in Steeplechase!!
Dave & Jan: BB made her Masters Level Debuts in Jumpers and Snooker and Team, she did great and is very much ready to be competing at the Masters level! Pearl has also come really far in short period of time!!! Her confidence is getting better and better and this weekend she brought it all together to get her Starters Agility Dog of Canada Title!

Sarah's gang:Jane Qd in Mas. Jumpers, Steeplechase and Snooker, she sure loves jumping those 6" jumps! K also Qd in Masters Jumpers and Mas. Snooker.

FEBRUARY
AAC Agility:
Dave and Jan had a good weekend: BB got a Q in Advanced Jumpers and Advanced Team with Kaleb, so now she is in Masters in both! Pearl got a Q in Starters Standard. Julia's gang did well: Stryker got his SADC (Starters Title) and a Team Q with Mckeely, they are both now in Advanced. Sarah's Kaleb Qd in three of four runs - Adv Team with BB, they are now in Masters, he finsihed his Adv. Games dog Title and got Q in Mas. Standard and Snooker

NADAC Agility:
Amanda, Sam and Wicca each got a Q in Weavers, and Sam got another Q in Tunnellers. Julia & Stryker got a couple Qs too, in Touch N Go. Sarahs gang: Kaleb got 5 of 6 Qs, and came home with his Weavers Title and his Tunnellers Title. Jane Qd in 3 of 3 and Now has her Tunnellers, Weavers and Touch n Go titles! They love running those NADAC games!

JULIA & MCKEELY now have another new title! Mckeely finished her CD title at the AKC show. JUDY's LUKAS got a Judge's Award of Merit at the Flat-coated Retreiver Regional Dog Show! Way to GO!

JANUARY
JULIA & MCKEELY went to Seattle for agility and conformation, and came back with big smiles and lots of ribbons!
A 4 point major in Conformation. 3 New titles...Rally Advanced, AGILITY: Novice Jumpers with weaves and, Novice Standard.. and a Q in Novice Fast.

Balzac AAC Agility
Judy and her gang were great, Lukas placed first in two of his classes and second in the others, out of four dogs - got his St Gamble with 31 points, but no Q, we think Judy stepped on the line!! Jazz got her 2nd Q in her standard and first in the rest of her classes out our three or four dogs I think. WAY TO GO!

Dave and BB got a Q in Advanced jumpers, an Advanced team with BB and Kaleb - what a team they make :) , and then BB got an Advanced snooker Q. Pearl ran fast and did some great distance work and ran her first time with Dave

AMANDA & Sam got a Q in Adv. Gamblers and and just about in Steeplechase but knocked a bar!
******AND PLUS!!!!! Wicca got the Judges choice award for the second time at a TT trial!!!******

SARAH, JANE & KALEB, K got Q's in Masters Gamblers, Adv. Team with BB!! and he finished his Masters Snooker Title too! Miss Janey Q'd in her 3 of 5, Jumpers, Steeplechase and Gamblers and had a blast!

Amanda and Sarah ventured to Calgary:
Amanda's gang did great! Sam came home with a Jumpers Q and had some really great runs! Sarah, more importantly, her dogs were awarded the "Judge's Choice Award" for the weekend, which was a real honour.

SEPTEMBER
Congrats Julia and Stryker and McKeely for getting some new NADAC titles!

Congrats Amanda and Sam for getting Sam's Starters title (ADC) in one trial!
