I am an experienced computer professional. I offer extensive hands-on experience in hardware and software for retail, manufacturing and hospitality projects in the Point Of Sale (POS) support, sales analysis, web site design, database management and network maintenance fields. I have supported hardware and software locally and remotely by phone, e-mail and remote control applications. I can collect and analyse data from various sources. I relish the opportunity to use new applications, because I can rapidly learn to use them beyond their documented capabilities. I am currently involved in a business providing mobile computer support for Windows systems. |

Anyone, in the Surrey, White Rock, Delta and Langley area, who needs help moving up to the latest in technology or repairs to existing systems. Upgrading old computer hardware and software to suit the ever increasingly demanding applications. Needing help preventing hacker, spam, virus, worm and trojan invasions of your systems. Requiring the tutoring from a supportive individual able to explain to anyone, of any computer skill level, needing to understand how to get the most use out of your computers with the least amount of frustration. |

| Qualifications |
Since graduating from Kwantlen College in 1986, with a degree in Electronic Technology, I have installed many computers, networks and software applications. My awareness of software tips and tricks has improved the lives of many of my fellow employees, clients, family and friends. In person or by other media I can help any person use computers, regardless of their computer skills. I am confident my skills and abilities in information technology, customer service and marketing would be considered valued resources to you or your organization. |
