First up is my Dire Troll Mauler step by step painting method:

Over a black Primer I do a heavy dry brush of Light Blue.

I then put Green Ink all over the model.
 

Then I dry brush the light Blue again over this leaving some of the green ink showing through.
 
 

Next I highlight with Bone White mainly the face and inner skin areas, such as the hands.
 

Now I put black on the rocky bits, hair and bone white on the skin, teeth and nails. The tongue and loincloth get painted.
 

Now dry brush red on the hair, some flesh wash on the nails and fangs. Dry brush light gray over the black rocky
bits on the skin area and dark brown ink over the loincloth.
 

Now I go over the nails and teeth again with bone white and do the eyes, gums, tongue and paint the inside of the
base graveyard brown and the edge black. Ready for basing. Took me all of 1 hour.
