History
The Rivers Correspondence Board (RCB) was created by fans in January, 2002 for the sole purpose of critiquing Weezer's most current material, and providing an exclusive place for Cuomo to interact with his fans.
In an attempt to control the large amount of traffic the board generates, the Administrator made a decision to make it available only to established members. This decision caused a massive amount of conflict within the online Weezer community, and still does to this day. Currently, The RCB is closed to non-members. You can read more about this board in the May, 2002 issue of Pulse Magazine.
The following is a collection of some of Cuomo's more interesting and sometimes very controversial posts. This archive will be updated on a regular basis.
