As a consultant, I participated in the installation and testing of FirstClass (from SoftArc) for the Distant Education Project at BCIT and developed and taught the first course for the project. Operated the first public access FirstClass E-mail and message conferencing groupware system in British Columbia for over six years and was on the SoftArc (publishers of FirstClass) Consultant program providing services of installation and support to corporations using this software.
