Counselling to overcome childhood trauma
Counselling for dealing with life problems (e.g., death, loss, communication & relationship difficulties, parenting issues & transition times such as mid-life, separation, divorce, mourning, job loss, chronic health diagnosis, etc.)
Counselling for mental health concerns (related to depression, bi-polar, anxiety, post traumatic, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, premenstrual dysthymic disorder)
Cross Cultural Counselling (Extensive work with First Nations in Yukon)
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction & Relaxation
Available to do supervision for Master's Students in Counselling Psychology
Available to do social skills tutoring
Workshop delivery & therapeutic groups are also available

14 years combined Elementary & Middle school Teacher & School Counsellor in B.C, Alberta & Yukon.
5 years combined Family Counsellor with Calgary Family Services Bureau, Yukon Family Services Association & Intake Work with Yukon Mental Health Services & Group Facilitator at Yukon Alcohol & Drug Secretariat
9 years combined work as Psychological Practitioner in Private Practice & Adult Educator at Mount Royal College in Calgary & Yukon College in Whitehorse
