As a manager and department head, he prides himself on creating the best team environment possible - within the animal department and within production. Paul is also involved with producing and directing independent films.

Doug Leaf

We imported Doug from New Zealand where he began his work with animals over 30 years ago. His first movie in the industry was training dogs in First Blood. He's enjoyed working with a variety of animals in the industry - parrots, herding dogs and rats- his specialty is training aggression dogs.

Connie Rusgen

Connie has been an animal trainer for film since 1990. She has a wide spectrum of experience training domestic and wild animals but her passion is the small critters, cats and birds.

Jennifer Jasper

Jennifer has put her academic training into action working with PAWSabilities. In 1998, Jennifer graduated with her Masters specializing in Animal Behavior and began working with PAWSabiliites training animals for commercials, television and features. She continued her academics in Animal Welfare and has extended her work with PAWSabilities providing consultation for housing.
