How we started!
Lakeview Bakery was purchased by the Hinton family in 1990.

Brian is a Fellow of the Institute of British Bakers having qualified as a Master Baker at the Cambridge School of Baking.

Maureen his wife is a State Registered Nurse and is president of the company.

David Hinton is responsible for sales and distribution.

Lakeview Bakery started allergy and organic baking in 1995 and now sells over 150 special dietary needs items manufactured from scratch.

The bakery is located close to downtown Calgary at the south end of Crowchild Trail, south of the Glenmore interchange in the Lakeview Shopping Center.

Many items are baked fresh daily.
