We started this website as It is so much better to hear about a
workshop or course before than after the fact.
We have been busy spreading
the word about this new website and also inviting instructors to come to the beautiful
Okanagan. We are very fortunate to have Chris Stormer from South Africa
coming to present his workshop, Language of the Feet (What your Feet are telling you
about you and your Health);
Leslie White is presenting 'Healing Touch for
animals', both had rave reviews in Vancouver. There
are other wonderful courses such Rita Kluny from Austin, Texas is Fascinating
with 'Healing Touch for Babies' (A first for
Canada). There is also information for up
coming Healing level two, three and four. It is wonderful to have such great
Teachers coming to the Okanagan.
We
have added a new Local Practitioner's page to support our local healing
community. Check it out.
There
is also a new maternity care page which is something I am passionate about.
Huge changes are now happening with birthing and Healing touch is starting to
play a role in making birthing a more natural experience. I specialize in this
area and with the wonderful midwives and Doulas in our communities, the whole
approach to childbirth is changing with the support of the
great maternity nurse and
doctors. Women now have more options and also more
before and after care support .
The
seniors in our community are also finding great support in Integrated care. It
is wonderful to see such openness and exchanges in wisdom.
