at Eisenmarche's Tavern night on January 22 2000 (AS 34) I took fealty with Mistress Ariel and became her student. We are laughing because the bread is purple inside! I have been looking forward to learning from Ariel. Everything she does inspires me! |

October AS 36 / 2001 I applied for Golden Swan as Agnes Cresewyke. With Meriel Kennet entering as my sister, and after much work and stress we both achieved our goal and became Golden Swans! I am in such good company! |
In February AS 36 / 2002 I went to Estrella and participated in a Laurel's Prize Tourney. There were some great people there! |
In March AS 36 / 2002 I entered Kingdom A&S. Unfortunately there was an issue about my membership so I couldn't actually compete. It was still a great experience! I entered a horn comb, a silver signet ring, hand-dyed silk cardwoven garters and a leather pouch with silk details handwoven on. |
On June 16th 2002, AS 37 I became Lionsdale's Arts and Sciences Champion. I had painted a scroll onsite on the theme of championship. |
At Clinton AS 37 / 2002 I was given the great honor of receiving my Jambe de Lion from the Kingdom A&S champion Cystennin in the King's stead! Wow what an awesome thing to happen when I least expected it! On September 7th, 2002 (AS37) at Lions Gate's Baronial Stepdown I became a part of the retinue of Baron Harold and Baroness Aurora. (and for Cara of course!) |

In March 2003, AS
37, I entered Kingdom A&S again, properly this time! . It was my first
flight and my first trip to Avacal/Calgary. There was snow and it was cold!
I met some very awesome people and on Sunday I won Queen's choice for my
gown! I entered two gowns, leather shoes, a book in progress, and a leather
belt with wigglework plates and a brass buckle cast in cuttlefish.
On May 10th 2003, AS38, I became the first Defender of Arts and Sciences for Lions Gate at May Bardic. This was a new type of contest for Lions Gate. It has champions that are picked by the Baroness, but it hasn't had a contest for Arts & Sciences until now.
On September 13 2003, AS 38, I signed on to Celdae's retinue when Ulf won the Principality of Tir Righ's coronet Tourney with Celdae as his inspiration.

22 2003, AS 38, I was tricked into court under the pretense of serving
Celdae. She grabbed my wrist and brought me before their Majesties Gunnar
and Gabriel. I was then told that they intended to make me a Laurel if
I was willing!

My laurel ceremoney was held at 12th night on January 10th 2004, AS 38. I was Laurelled directly after my Friend Elisa and just before Cystennin, who had given me my Jambe Just the year before. It was a very interesting time. My ceremony was short. Master Mark had made my brooch and my housemate Asada had painted my scroll. Both were just beautiful! My Laurel brooch made by Master

On may First 2004, AS 39 at May Bardic in Lions Gate I became the first lions fang which is a new order created for the past Defenders in Lions Gate when they step down from thier duties.
