I can perform weddings and marriage ceremonies indoors or outdoors anywhere in the greater Winnipeg area and suburbs. Although my specialty is personal and custom ceremonies, I do have traditional, non-denominational, interfaith, or short notice civil ceremonies available.
I would be glad to meet with you and your fiance' to begin planning your big day! If you live outside the greater Winnipeg area, or have a really busy schedule, we can do a telephone interview instead of a meeting, but a personal meeting is preferred if at all possible.
Many couples today don't want a "generic" ceremony, one that looks like everyone else's. Based on what we discuss, your ceremony will be uniquely yours by being completely personalized and customized. If you wish, I will include some of the high points of your own romantic "love story". I will say this for the benefit of your friends and family, who love you and care about you, but may not know your story. However, I will only share things about you that you choose, and in the way that you want them to be remembered. I cannot guess at what you want said and done. I will provide you with a complete written "script" in plenty of time before your wedding for you to review and approve.
I have a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology, and 20 years of experience in the field. I am also licensed to perform marriages in the Province of Manitoba.
