About Us

At present, LSWC is working on a number of significant land acquisitions that will protect areas for the future.

LSWC is sponsoring meetings to partner with communities, Aboriginal peoples, resource industries, interest groups and Levels of Government to preserve the Coast in its wild and pristine state, protecting and restore its ecological diversity and scenic beauty, while providing outdoor recreation and tourism opportunities to help create stronger, more diversified economies in coastal communities.

Through cooperation, the coast will remain an outstanding, high quality natural resource and become one of the primary tourist destinations in the world. This objective will be accomplished while ensuring coastal communities continue to benefit from the sustainable development of natural resources by traditional industries.
