History of the 100 Mile House Lions Club

 

The 100 Mile House Lions club was chartered January 18, 1956

Since recieving its charter, the 100 Mile House Lions Club has chartered four additional Lions Clubs including the 108 Mile Ranch Lions Club, the Williams Lake Lions Club, the Highway 24-InterLakes Lions Club, and the Clinton Lions Club.

 

In addition to its many other projects over the years, the 100 Mile House Lions Club built the Health Center (now the Arts Centre), built the 100 Mile House Cemetery, built Centennial Park, and constructed benches in parks at 100 Mile House and 108 Mile Beach.
