In 1901 Gertrude was a school teacher and a 'lodger' at the home of John Doyle, Brae.

2.  MATILDA JANE² WHITE (MICHAEL¹) was born 16 Apr 1877 in Rennie's Road, Lot 23, P.E.I., Canada¹, and died 13 May 1912 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada².  She married DANIEL F MCKINNON Abt. 1903, son of FELIX MCKINNON and ELIZABETH MCDONALD.  He was born 03 Jun 1873 in Brae, P.E.I., Canada³, and died 01 Sep 1961 in Brae, P.E.I., Canada⁴.

Children of MATILDA WHITE and DANIEL MCKINNON are:
