After 37 years of playing in bands, working in all areas of the business (being involved in a dozen recording projects), and teaching music to thousands of students in private and public school systems, Rob Edwards is back in the spotlight. He is once again releasing original music (instrumentals, vocal compositions, and a rock musical) that was written and recorded during the late 1970s and early 1980s. |

Rob Edwards' guitar and compositions can also be heard on much earlier recordings by The Royal Family, Troyka, Haiku, Paul Hann, Spiney Norman's Whoopee Band, and The Katzenjammers. As a guitarist, Rob Edwards had the opportunity to play at Expo 67 - Montreal, the Fillmore East-New York, New York, and Alert-Ellesmere Island (this side of the North Pole). |

The latest release of VINTAGE SESSIONS 1976 - 1983 demonstrates the many styles of Rob Edwards' guitar playing and compositions. It features "a wall of sound of melodic feedback", "Chicken Picken" and "Smooth Blues" from electric guitars. The acoustic cuts offer "catchy classical melodies", and easy to play "finger picking blues".
