A tree in nature consists of many branches. It is the inter-twining of those branches that makes the tree. So too with the Knight and Vaughan Family Trees.
There are many different families that join together, over time, to form the entire family tree that you will find here.
Our family is a diverse mixture of many names. The best way to show all our ancestors and their decendants is to put each "family branch" on a separate page. This results in some duplication of individuals and information, but for purposes of continuity, it is the most desireable way to display our complex family tree.
This also ensures that all family surnames, family members and in-laws are included in the data.

We are quite proud of the fact that the FORGUES, POPE and WING families show ancestors back to the 16th and 17th centuries in France, the U.S.A. and early New France and Canada. The KNIGHT, VAUGHAN and McIVER branches list the more "modern" family members.
