Belly Dance Sampler
Get a little taste of Middle Eastern belly dance to see if it's for you! In the first class, you'll learn some basic moves that get woven into a short choreography in week two. Bring some friends and try it out!

Foundations
This class focuses on the basic movements, isolations and rhythms that apply to all forms of belly dance. The emphasis is on technique, which allows students to build a strong foundation of movement from which to grow. This class is a pre-requisite for all other belly dance classes. It's recommended that students take a minimum of two Foundations sessions before moving on to the intermediate level. Suitable for ages 16 and up.

Foundations for Teens
A healthy body image is essential to build confidence in young women, and traditional belly dance is a great way to get it! Learn basic isolations and rhythms in a fun and supportive environment. Suitable for ages 13 to 15.

Intermediate
More complicated combinations, layered movements, and zill patterns are introduced. A short choreography is taught, which may be performed at upcoming events. Prerequisite: Belly Dance Foundations or a minimum of one-year experience from another belly dance studio.

Little Fish Belly Dance Company
The Little Fish Belly Dance Company is renowned for its dynamic and innovative performances. Troupe members learn advanced dance moves and choreographies, and are encouraged to develop their own style of dance through solo pieces or duets with fellow troupe members.
