Glossary of Terms
The juridical is one of the aspects of temporal reality. Its nuclear meaning is that of retribution. During the opening process, the juridical is opened to the anticipatory moments of the moral aspect. But a differentiated feeling of justice pre-supposes a higher stage of cultural development (NC II, 179). See the discussion of the subject-object relation in the Juridical Aspect (NC II, 391 ff).
