Children

Inlet Bay Retreat is primarily an adult oriented bed and breakfast and is not suitable for young children.  However, young adults aged 12 to 19 years may be accommodated when accompanied by a parent or guardian in the Inlet Suite.  A full height double cell adjustable air bed is provided,   Persons over the age of 19 are considered adults and must occupy their own room.
 
Reservations and Payment

Address and credit card details are required for all reservations confirmed with Inlet Bay Retreat.  Inlet Bay Retreat requires a deposit of 30% or one night's stay (if the booking is made 10 days or less prior to arrival) of the total accommodation amount upon confirmation of reservation.  The remaining balance is charged to your account on arrival payable either by Cash, Visa or MasterCard.  Credit cards must be presented for verification.  When reservations are made within 72 hours prior to arrival, the full amount will be applied to your credit card.  Due to increased credit card fraud you may also be requested to provide photo id on arrival. We trust you will understand that these measures are for your security and not intended to offend.

Reservations made two months or longer prior to your stay should be reconfirmed one month before arrival.

Reservations made by or through third parties, agencies, tour or travel operators are subject to payment in full at time of booking with Inlet Bay Retreat.

Refunds and Cancellations

Inlet Bay Retreat can be adversely affected by cancellations.  For refunds, cancellations should be made up to 10 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations made after these dates will be subject to loss of deposit. All cancellations are subject to a minimum $35 administration fee plus any additional credit card chargebacks that are levied against Inlet Bay Retreat.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival (or if no notice given or in the event of a no-show) are subject to loss of deposit or a minimum charge of one night's room rate, per room booked (whichever is greater).

If rebooking, your deposit may be deducted from your final account. However, subsequent cancellations after rebooking will incur loss of deposit or a minimum charge of one night's room rate, per room booked, (whichever is greater).
 
No refunds will be given to third parties, agencies, tour or travel operators in the event of cancellation. Loss must be recovered though your client.
