Sister seedlings out of a cross of Kenora Christmas, BB FD R and Ruskin Diane, BB FD Y.
The top bloom is Hy Shy, BB FD FL (Flame). It is extremely beautiful and shows the red flushing most brilliantly in bright sunlight with no fading. Strongest stems and a compact growth habit. It will be released in 2002 through Ferncliff Gardens. Bench 85.667, TG 86.2, 86.25, 86.4
The next photo is of Hy Tabu, BB FD DR, a very dark red indeed. Lower growing bush and excellent stems. Its release was 2000. It was the Best Undisseminated at the Vancouver '98 show. Score = 9.1 of 10.
