God's Holy Calendar

and Daniel's 70th 'week'

God's Calendar.
Gen 7:11In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, on the seventeenth day of the second month, on that day all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened.
Gen 8:4and on the seventeenth day of the seventh month the ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat.
Gen 8:3The water receded steadily from the earth. At the end of the hundred and fifty days the water had gone down.
Rev 11:2-3They will trample on the holy city for 42 months. And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth."
Rev 12:6The woman fled into the desert to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 days.
Rev 12:14The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle, so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the desert, where she would be taken care of for a time, times and half a time, out of the serpent's reach.

Genesis tells us the flood lasted for a period of 5 months, or 150 days, (from the 17th day of the 2nd month to the 17th day of the 7th month); and Revelation tells us the Tribulation will last 3 1/2 'times'(years); or 42 months; or 1260 days.
This shows that God uses a calendar of 360 days/year; with each month equal to 30 days.
Therefore I believe that when interpreting prophecy, we must use God's calendar, and 'mesh' it with the "Jewish" calendar in use today.
This 'meshing' must be so, (I believe) in order for God's plan of salvation to continue in the same manner as in the past. Just as Yeshua fulfilled the Spring Festivals exactly on the dates designated on the Jewish calendar, I believe the future fulfilment of the Fall Festivals will also occur exactly on the dates designated on the Jewish calendar.

Daniel's 70th. 'week'
Dan 9:27He will confirm a covenant with many for one 'seven.' In the middle of the 'seven' he will put an end to sacrifice and offering; and on a wing (of the temple) he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed, is poured out on him.

The 'one seven' as spoken of by Daniel, must be understood as a period of seven Bible years, or a total duration of 2520 days.(7 x 360)
Using this information, and 'meshing' it with the Jewish calendar, we find that from the date of the signing of the 'covenant' (peace treaty) on October 23, 1997 and the coming of the Messiah on the "Day of Trumpets" (Rosh Hashanah), September 16, 2004, is exactly '1 seven' or '2520 days'
This 7 year period can be divided into two halves, each having an exact duration of 1260 days.
The False Peace period, from October 23, 1997, to the start of the Tribulation, on April 05, 2000.
The Tribulation period, from April 5, 2000, to the coming of the Messiah on September 16, 2004.
The duration of the Tribulation period is described in the book of Revelation, as '3 1/2 times' , or '42 months', or '1260 days'.
As far as I have been able to study and calculate, the above dates are the only dates in the near future which allow for the exact meshing of 'God's 360/day calendar' with the 'Jewish calendar', and allow all three 'events' to occur on a significant Jewish holiday

Grant R. Jeffrey in his book, "Armageddon: Appointment with Destiny" (Page 185) states that the 'Time of the Gentiles' would end in 1997. His calculations agree with my view that the final 'week' belonging to Israel would start in 1997.
While this evidence is not conclusive, it does support my hypothesis.
A reader recently sent me the following information:
I have been shown that construction of the first tabernacle of God (the tent) was begun on the 'first day of the first month' (Ex. 40:2).
Also, construction of the second tabernacle of God (on the threshing floor) was begun on the 'second day of the second month' (2Ch 3:2).
Given this, and the calculations you have observed, it may be worth considering that construction of the third tabernacle (end of this age) might begin on the 'third day of the third month.' If so, according to the timetable you have laid out, this would mean we might watch for the temple rebuilding to being on 3 Sivan 5758 or 5759. Since it seems the peace treaty will contain provision for the temple rebuilding, and that such rebuilding would commence as soon as practical, it seems that 3 Sivan 5758 (May 28, 1998) is the most likely date...
I take no credit for this observation, and leave it to you, the reader, to consider.

update

Obviously my calculations were in error, and I should hereby like to apologize to any reader who may have been upset by this 'mis-information'.
Also, I will try to explain how I arrived at the above dates, and why I chose them.
I made several assumptions, based upon my knowledge and understanding of Bible prophecy, namely that we are living in the "end times' as witnessed by comparing news headlines with desrciptions of the type of society as would be found in the 'end times'. As well, we are the generation that saw the re-establishment of the State of Israel, and lastly, it is approximately 6000 years since the Garden of Eden was created, according to the chronological record of the Bible.
The second set of assumptions I made, concern God's Holy Days, as they occur on the Jewish calendar. It is my heartfealt belief that Yeshua will return on a Day of Trumpets, fulfilling the Fall feast days, in keeping with His previous fulfilment of the Spring feast days.
The last assumption I made was that Yeshua would return ,on a Day of Trumpets, no later than 70 years after the establishment of Israel, since the generation taht sees this great event, shall not pass away untill all things are restored at His coming. Therefore His return should occur before 2018 CE.
The method I used to calculate the dates was as follows:
1) Determine the date of Tishri 1, (Day of Trumpets)
2) Subtract 1260 days from that date, to determine the start of the Tribulation.
3) subtract 1260 more days, to determine the start of Daniels's last "seven', or the signing of the peace treaty.

I made those calculations over a 100 year period, starting with 1950, and ending in 2050.
In making those calculations, you end up with 100 groups of 3 dates, (Triplets)
When I studied those 100 'triplets' I noticed that there was only 1 'triplet' in which ALL 3 dates occurred on a Jewish holiday.
Since this 'triplet' fell within the time frame of the 70 years since Israel was established, I thought it to be of significant value, and thus chose that particular set of 'triplets' as being the most likely time of Prophecy. I WAS WRONG!
I hereby offer the following chart, listing several 'triplets', and we'll just have to wait and see what happens next.
