When discussing this ride with co-workers, friends, potential sponsors, family and so on, the question is usually, “why?” Often they expect money raising causes or a record of some type. We all support charities throughout the year and compete when the opportunity arises. This is truly about a group of friends dedicating a lot of time and money as well as sacrificing a years worth of holidays to achieve a goal that has a different meaning to each of us.
