International Protocol:
This course is tailored to each client's needs depending on which countries they do business with. Participants will learn about other country's cultures and customs, including: cultural differences, forms of address, orders of precedence, rules of negotiation, business dress, and gender issues. Participants will receive a handout that provides a profile of the country, resources lists, and check lists for visiting VIPs.

Business Etiquette:
Using a combination of lecture and workshop techniques, this definitive course covers introductions, handshaking, eye contact, body language, conversation, business cards, presence, dress, communication skills, voice mail, conducting meetings, and much more. Participants will receive a handout that provides valuable information and reference sources.

Multi-National Entertaining:
Through a whirlwind tour of the world, participants will learn to develop their multi-national entertaining skills. Proper dress, typical foods, dining styles, and a list of do's and don't's are explored. Participants will receive a handout that contains profiles and cuisines of countries around the world.
