Booking Deposit: A deposit of $750 is due at the time of the reservation. A rental agreement will be sent to you c/w a list of the Condominium Rules for your review. Your payment may be made by a money order or by personal cheque. After confirmation of booking, the cancellation polices will apply.

Final Payment: The total payment of the rental is due 90 days prior to when your tenancy begins. Your payment may be made by a money order or by personal cheque. Cancellation policy will apply as noted below.

Damage Deposit: The booking deposit will become the damage deposit once tenancy begins. After you vacate, a property manager will inspect the property during the cleanup stage. The damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days. Deductions will occur for the following:
- damage to the interior or exterior of the unit.
- missing items from the unit (bedding, pillows, etc.).
- if unit is left unclean (garbage to be placed outside and all personal items removed).
- deposit will be totally forfeited for violations in smoking and excessive noise.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to 90 days before the tenancy begins are refundable minus a $100 booking fee. Cancellations received less than 90 days are unacceptable. If the condo is re-booked using our same guidelines then we will issue a cheque for the balance less $200 for administration. All cancellations are required in writing. We do not accept second party bookings.

Check In Time: After 4PM. Check Out Time: Before 10 AM

Pets: No pets will be allowed inside or outside the unit.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Smoking inside the unit will result in the automatic loss of the damage deposit.

Excessive Noise, Disturbing the Peace: Will result in eviction of by our security company. Condominium rules must be adhered to.

Parking: Only 2 vehicles are allowed inside the complex. Condominium rules must be adhered to.
