TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF TOPORAMA DATA

HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF CANADA ("Canada"), represented by the Minister of
Natural Resources is granting you, the "End-User", the right to download and freely
use these Digital Topographic Data ("Data").

By accepting the Data, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE DATA.

WHEREAS Canada is the owner of the proprietary rights in the Data;

WHEREAS the End-User wishes to obtain the right to use the Data;

AND WHEREAS Canada is prepared to license to the End-User the right to use the Data subject
to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth;

NOW, THEREFORE, Canada and the End-User for valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the parties, covenant and agree as follows:
1.  The End-User acknowledges that the Data is protected under the Copyright Act of Canada.
2.  The Data is licensed to the End-User for use subject to the terms and conditions of
    this Agreement. Canada retains all ownership interests in the Data.
3.  The End-User shall freely use the Data.
4.  The End-User may make copies of the Data but shall reproduce the following Copyright
    Notice on the copies:

    All rights reserved.
5.  Canada does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the Data,
    and does not assume any liability with respect to any damage or loss incurred as
    a result of the use made of the information, contained in these Data.
6.  Canada is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the Data and does not
    assume any liability with respect to any damage or loss incurred as a result of the use
    made of the information contained in this report/publication.
7.  The Data is distributed for information purposes only and does not reflect the views
    of the Government of Canada nor constitute an endorsement of any commercial product
    or person.
