Having a portrait done in pencil is a very special occasion, not often does one have more than one done in a lifetime, so choosing the right photograph is very important.  Here are some helpful hints.

1. Choose a photo, ensure clarity for optimum realism in the finished portrait.
2. The face in your photograph should be approximately 2 1/4 inches from the top of the head to the bottom of the chin.
3. Mail your photographs, cover letter and 50% of the portrait cost to me.  The remaining 50% of the cost is due after receipt of the finished artwork and your photos will be returned at that time.
4. All work is done on 100 lb. acid-free Strathmore Bristol paper.
5. Work will be completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on my workload.
