HELP SAVE DRAGLOCK IN GAMES!
(Click this text to find out what draglock is and how to help!)

Welcome to my spot on the web! It was birthed (quite painfully I might add) due to a chance encounter I had one day while playing my favourite game, Delta Force Blackhawk Down. I'm a quadriplegic person who has no movement below my biceps or shoulders on my body. That means limited movement below my elbows and no finger control. I've been playing the DF series since it first came out in 1998 and have have struggled for years trying to find a setup that allows me to at least play as well as everybody else. A couple of years ago, my wife found the missing piece to the puzzle. Since then I've been playing like a fool every chance I get! Then a little while ago, I ran across a player who was in the same situation as myself. He seemed to be struggling a bit ( like I was for the first couple of years), so I told him I would e-mail him some tips on how I set up my controls. To the left are the tips I sent. Please feel free to link to this page so other quads can learn to play this GREAT GAME without struggling like I did! While I'm a big fan of the Delta Force series, these tips work well for any first person shooter (FPS) that support draglock (see above link).

On March 22nd, I was a featured call on "Call For Help", a television phone in tech help show, to find out if there was a solution to my draglock problem (link near top) Unfortunately, Leo LaPorte wasn't able to solve my dilemma at that time. Check out their show on G4TechTV, and their website here.
