Our Objectives

To increase vocational skills
To improve self-help skills and increase independence in all areas
To develop realistic flexibility
To attain general knowledge of work routines  eg. start and stop on signal, take care of supplies etc.
To improve motor, communication and social interaction skills
To improve attending skills and develop a work rhythm eg. increase time on task, work through minor disruptions etc.
To establish appropriate relationships with others eg. to respond appropriately to staff and co-workers, maintain appropriate social distance, accept constructive criticism, work with a partner/others at a table etc.

What We Do

Vocational activities and contracts for at least a part of each day
Various contracts to assist other areas in meeting their deadlines
A variety of avocational activities eg. art, community outings, recreation and leisure activities, music groups, movies etc.
