The Program Division designs and implements programs which allow all disabled participants (program participants) to enjoy activities that enhance their quality of life and meet their social, physical, vocational and academic needs.  The programs are developed following referrals from the program participants, parents/guardians, social workers and staff members.  The Program Divisions also co-ordinates transportation for many of the program participants.
