Bike Room

  • Bike room on ground level has been cleaned of previous storage items, and made ready for tenant bike storage.

Camera Systems

  • Installed Winter 2007 by  Watchdog Loss Prevention
  • Developer paid $5,000 towards project
  • Replaced previous VCR tape system with digital 24hour - 7 days a week motion sensitive video recorder with 16 digital color camera capability.

Elevators

  • Completion Date:  Fall 2010
  • 50% Contribution by Developer
  • 50% Through Special Assessment.  Collected November / December 2007
  • Elevators 1, 2, 3 will receive complete mechanical overhaul and replacement
  • Elevators 1, 2, 3, 4 will receive new cab interior upgrades

Enterphone and Key Fob Access

Exterior Concrete Upgrades

  • The area street fronting area on Howe St and Nelson where the city parking meters are located has been upgraded.  The Strata Council successfully requested the city remove the gravel and mud, and replace with either Asphalt, Paving Tiles or poured Concrete.  Thank you to the City of Vancouver for enhancing the building exterior.  Completed Fall 2008

Lobby LCD Flat Screen Installation

  • Installation of a LCD Flat Screen TV for night security to watch cameras and maintain a physical presence in the lobby. 
  • When the TV is not being used for security, it will display building announcements and rotate Vancouver based pictures and art.

Sub Roof New Membrane

  • Completed Fall 2011
  • 25 year old roof / deck membrane that serves as roof over 10 floor and penthouse decks was removed and replaced with new membranes and sealants
  • Part of  Building Maintenance Plan
  • No cost to owners. Paid for out of Special Projects fund
  • 10 Year Warranty
  • Installed by Nu-Tech
