"Tess" completed both her American and Canadian titles as a puppy.  Enroute to her championship, she was Best Puppy in Show at the Poodle Club of America National Specialty in California Sept. 22, 1999 and Best Puppy In Show at the San Bernardino-Riverside Poodle Club the next day.
