Looking for a place to get-away? This little gem is just 1/2 a block from the beach on a residential street. This cozy A-Frame cottage is fully winterized and can be used year-round. The private master bedroom features it's own private bathroom and natural gas fireplace. The loft upstairs sleeps 4 and is perfect for kids of all ages! The living room has a natural gas fireplace, satellite TV and 2 hide-a-beds for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry is no problem as there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Relax on the front deck. There is a BBQ and a fire pit for those of you who enjoy the great outdoors!

Located right next door to Cottage #1 is a quaint little family cottage. This newly renovated vacation rental sleeps 6 comfortably and provides all you need for your enjoyable stay. The sparkling new kitchen comes complete with fridge, stove and microwave for your convenience. The counter eating area divides the kitchen from the cozy living room. There is satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo. The bathroom is completely tiled and clean. The backyard contains a deck, fire pit, BBQ, picnic table and lawn chairs. This cute little cottage is very cozy so relax and enjoy!
These cottages can be
rented together for larger family gatherings or separately on their own.

Due to the cost, firewood is the responsibility of the tenant.
These cottages rent from Sunday to Sunday throughout the summer. The rent quoted is for one week plus there is an additional $150.00 damage/cleaning deposit. Once your week has been booked with us, we require 50% of the rental fee to hold this week for you. Two weeks before your arrival we require the balance (The remaining 50% plus the $150.00 damage/cleaning deposit). At the time of your departure we will do a check-out inspection and your damage deposit will be mailed back to you providing the cottage is left clean and no damage has occurred. In order to obtain your full deposit back, the cottage must be as clean as it was when you checked in (except the linens which we will clean for you). If additional cleaning is required, $25.00/hour will be deducted from your damage/cleaning deposit.
*Cleaning up after your pet is essential in order to receive the full return of your cleaning deposit
Check-in is at 4:00pm Sunday afternoon and check out is the following Sunday at 11:00 am. If you need to cancel a sufficient time of notice is required. If the cottage rebooks you will receive your deposit back (less a $50.00 administration fee). Only 'registered guests' may stay and we require their names. Please, no overnight guests unless they were previously registered. These cottages are family orientated vacation properties so please, no noise after 11:00pm. Failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction without refund.
Whether you are looking for a place to come and relax with your family or looking for accommodations during the 'Sylvan Lake Hockey School', we have the place for you! Rentals are weekly only in the high season (summer months). Long term rental is available in low season (September until June). We are actively seeking long term renters for the next September until June season. The rental rates for both cottages are monthly and at the 'low season' rate.
