Now the bowl in reverse on the lathe allowing me to remove the tenon extension and form the foot of the vessel for final shaping. I brought in the tailstock here for the removal of the Faux tenon to keep it stable and help prevent a breakaway. You can see how punky and fragile the burl is at this point.
