OUR FLYING FIELD...

Above is a map to our flying field, it is approximately 10 minutes south of the Perimeter Hwy. Turn right just as you reach Red River Co-op Speedway (formerly known as Victory Lane Speedway) and continue down the gravel road about 2-3 minutes.

One of our members took this aerial photo of our field. We have since changed the parking area, but we have lots of parking and lots of runway space (very useful when learning to fly).

Here is a photo taken around April 16th 2009, by Kim Rosenthal as he was flying overhead. I guess it might be a few weeks before it is dry enough to get out there. A few of us were lucky enough to have gotten out on Good Friday for a few flights. Our field is out of view but would normally be in the bottom left hand corner. Float flying anyone??
