The Bearspaw Historical Society Vision.
The illustration below shows the vision of the Bearspaw Historic Society (illustration by Marie Eldridge, a professional real estate illustrator). The picture shows the school, the teacherage, and the barn. The school is now on site. The original teacherage and barn are on a farm in Bearspaw and will be moved to the site within the next two years. This will produce an historic site that is unique in Alberta and probably Canada. The site will be an educational experience for children in Rocky View and Calgary, a valuable rental facility in the district, and a delight to Bearspaw residents and visitors to the area.
