7. Thomas S. MITCHELL was born on 24 October 1845 in Ontario, Canada.⁵ He died on 18 August 1928 in Sullivan Twp., Grey Co., ON. He was buried at Chatsworth Cemetery.

Thomas S. MITCHELL and Mary Ann RUTHERFORD were married about 1871. Mary Ann RUTHERFORD was born on 22 April 1850 in Leith, Ontario, Canada.⁵ She died on 21 May 1923 in Sullivan Twp., Grey Co., ON. She was buried at Chatsworth Cemetery.

Thomas S. MITCHELL and Mary Ann RUTHERFORD had the following children:
