Dogberry Wine #2

1 quart dogberries
1 gallon boiling water
4 pounds of sugar plus 1 cup
2 lemons
2 oranges
1 package wine yeast

Put berries in open crock, add boiling water. Then add sugar and sliced fruit. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Allow to cool, then add yeast, stirring thoroughly.
Cover and let sit for 3 weeks, then strain and bottle.
