I'm Angel and I'm awesome! I'm 13 years old and am a very busy girl. If you read though my pages you will see all the great things I do and the many friends I have. I have a wonderful Service Dog named Jelly Bean. We go on many great adventures together. You can read all about Jelly Bean by clicking on his link below. I recently recovered from having four major surgeries, and two minor ones, which were done on my legs last year. I am now practicing to compete in Special Olympic figure skating and have joined the Alberni District Hockey Skills Academy so that I can learn to play hockey. I also enjoy wrestling, swimming and dancing. I hope to become an TV and movie actor one day. One of my most favorite things to do is to plan parties. I can be found cheering loudly at the Alberni Valley Bulldogs hockey games during the fall, winter and spring months. One day I want to play hockey with the Alberni Valley Bulldogs and score a goal for them. I also watch the Vancouver Canucks games on tv and cheer them on loudly from my couch. I love to 'shop til I drop' especially at large malls. High School Musical and Hairspray are my favorite movies. I love Hannah Montana too. I like to crank up Paul Brandt's music full-blast in my parents car and sing along to his songs, especially "Country Girl" because I'm a farm girl. I want to sing on stage with Paul one day. I also love the Sarah Evans song "Born to Fly" because it's all about me... My mom tells me that I was truly born to fly. Steve Darling is my favorite anchor. I first met Steve at the 2008 Variety Show of Hearts and I love watching him on the Global BC Morning News. I love dolphins too and hope to get to swim with them one day. Most importantly, I raise money for Variety's Kids each year, in order to help children who are sick or need special medical equipment. In the past four years I've helped my community to raise over $50,000.00 in donations. My goal is to help my Community to raise over $100,000.00 to help Variety's Kids. We are half way there now. My newest fundraiser is the creation of a Celebrity Charity Cookbook to benefit Variety's Kids and Pediatric Care at 3 Vancouver Island Hospitals. I am a writer and artist and have written and illustrated many stories. I also enjoy designing and sewing clothing and even made a beautiful summer dress for myself. Now you can see why they call me AWESOME!!
